Veggie Scramble at the Flying Biscuit

Fans of the Flying Biscuit’s savory and salty BBQ Tofu Collard Wrap, Scrambled Tofu, or vegan Black Bean burgers will rejoice to know that a location is slated to open next week in the Park Road Shopping Center (Park Rd. at Woodlawn Rd.). This location will be much closer to Center-City than the existing Charlotte location in Blakney on Rea Road. (7930 Rea Road, 704 295-4440)
